TimeForCGI being ignored ?

Hello Hugo
I just noticed this in 8.4.. I tried to automaticly update Wordpress,which I did before with no problems and it stops just around 5 seconds running. I have TimeForCGI = 25 under my vhost but it doesnt really work. Same issue with two different blogs/vhosts.

Nothing changed with the TimeForCGI setting, so no idea what goes wrong.
