Is there any method to execute the actual URL after rewrite it. For example, if a particular request come, some data base operation done using UrlToolKit rewrite option and then actual request execute.

I don't know what you mean with 'data base operation done'. But Hiawatha will handle a request only once, based on the URL. If you rewrite it, that's what Hiawatha will process.
