Where is the log format option set?

In the configuration file.

AccessLogfile = /usr/local/hiawatha/var/log/hiawatha/access.log

This is the entry in my config file for the log file.

"Hiawatha supports 3 types of log formats: Hiawatha's own format, the Common Log Format and the Extended Common Log Format."

How do I specify to which format?
