Configure the logs file to have time stamp with local time

Hi Hugo,

How do I configure the logs file to print time stamp with local time?
Right now its showing the time stamp in UTC.

Here at my server the timestamps are oke. Is the timezone on your server correct? What's in /etc/timezone?
