Couldn found a way to put a php flag in a .hiawatha file, as one can do in a .htaccess file.

i.e.:
php_flag suhosin.session.encrypt Off

My only option is to set it at the php.ini file ?

Hiawatha version: 8.4
Operating System: ubuntu 10.04 lts

There is no equivalent for php_flag in Hiawatha. You can use the Setenv PHPRC to use a different php.ini. Google for the PHPRC environment setting and how to use it.
