prepare:
sudo apt-get install libc6-dev libssl-dev dpkg-dev debhelper fakeroot libxml2-dev libxslt1-dev

compile with:
./make_debian_package

and install:
dpkg -i hiawatha_8.6_armhf.deb

How am i gone upgrade from 8.5 to 8.6 without to loose anything? . Sorry it's my first time of use Hiawatha.

Download the source tarball, create a Debian package by executing the script extra/make_debian_package and install the created package via dpkg -i <package>. The Debian installation tools take care of handling the already existing configuration files. If you don't trust that enough, backup /etc/hiawatha before upgrading.
