Hello,
We have the following question:
Do we need only 1 certificate for ALL VHOSTS that are in REVERSE-proxy mode, or we need separate certificate for each VHOST even in reverse-proxy mode?

It's what you want. You need a certificate for each SSL binding. That's will be the default for all virtual hosts that can be requested via that binding. If you want a different certificate for a specific virtual host, you can assign one to that virtual host.
A virtual host being a reverse proxy host has nothing to do with it.
