Clearing all of Hiawatha cache

Can the 'X-Hiawatha-Cache-Remove' header (or some other method that can be called progamatically) be used to clear the cache for all pages rather than just one?

Yes, use 'all' to clear the cache for the current website. I added this to the manual page.
