Hiawatha version: 6.1.6
Operating System: Puppy Linux 3.2.2.9

I've just installed Hiawatha and made no changes to any configuration file. There is a page in Web-Server called index.html and htp://localhost/index.html displays it. If I make a copy of this file, or create another file, http://localhost/newindex.html gives a 404 Page Not Found error. I have changed ownership of the new files to webuser and webgroup. What else do I need to do?

Are you sure you're in the right directory? Check the Hiawatha configuration file.
