Hello,

We would like to know what are the benefits of "usage of a thread pool instead of creating a new thread when a client connects".

Is ithis related to performance?

Has anybody tested this on high traffic sites already?

When a new connection is made for every request, my tests showed a performance increase of 10%. When multiple requests are done via one connections, performance increase is about 1% or lower. So, the real life performance increase is somewhere between 0% and 10%, depending on your situation.
