FileHashes cause css display problem

Hiawatha version: 9.1
Operating System: Ubuntu 12.04 LTS Server x86_64
When configuration option "FileHashes" is applied, the CSS of the Banshee will not display properly.

I need some more input that just a 'it does not work'.

Virtualhost {

FileHashes = /var/www/banshee/hashes/my_file_hash.txt
...
}
Restart the hiawatha. And delete the caches in the Firefox.
Browse the website in Firefox. The content is displayed but no CSS loaded.
The example is at here [www.debian-inside.com].
** it will resume normal after 12 hours.
