WebsiteRoot Not changing displayed page

I've been trying to configure the server to display something other than the installation successful page but no matter what I change in the config file even host name an root directory I just get Hiawatha's default installation successful. Restarted many times so that isn't the issue.

Hiawatha version: 9.1
Operating System: Centos

Browser cache issue? Does the hostname in the URL you use match the one in the configuration file? Are you sure you are connecting to the right server?
