Would it be possible to block connections from an IP address if it is listed in a specific DNSBL? Ex: mod_dnsbl

Permanently blocking IP addresses is a firewall's job. Hiawatha can block IP addresses which are entered manually via Tomahawk (see the Tomahawk setting in the Hiawatha manual page).
