Is there possible to use FileHashes for certain folder(s) or file(s) instead of all folders and files in a specific directory ?

Example:
I have a folder tree like
-admin
--settings
---settings.php
-files
-script
Can i set FileHashes to "lock" the settings.php only ?

No, the idea is that this feature mainly protects agains unauthorized file uploads. This requires that a folder and all included files and subfolders are included.
