It should be modular enough and modules should be easily compiled out/compiled in e.g. IPv6
that means its modules d'nt have an dependancy on each other.

How serious are you with these questions? It would have required only a little time testing and trying Hiawatha yourself to find the answer to your questions. Have you even looked at it?
