SCGI support

Hi Hugo,

first of all I will thank you for the excellent server.

For my work SCGI support would be great! The protocol description is very simple: http://python.ca/scgi/protocol.txt.
What's your opinion?

As Python also has FastCGI support, I have no intention to support SCGI.

I don't use Python, but Tcl, jim or Lua. FastCGI would be overkill but it is your decision, your time and effort. I'll look for another solution.
