Hi Hugo,

It's been a while ... hope you are doing great!

I.ve noticed that some compile options do not appear on the "HOWTO: Compilation and Installation" page and decided to let you know. Maybe it's intentional, but just in case:

* ENABLE_LOADCHECK
* ENABLE_RPROXY
* ENABLE_THREAD_POOL

Hi Yassen, thanks for the feedback!

I've added the ENABLE_RPROXY option to the documentation. The ENABLE_LOADCHECK is done automaticly for when the OS supports it (Linux only atm). The ENABLE_THREAD_POOL it only for those who know what they are doing, so it can only be set by editing config.h.in, not via the command line.
