SSL website not working with my IE 9.0 version (9.0.8112.16421)

https://www.hiawatha-webserver.org => Working with Firefox
https://www.hiawatha-webserver.org => No Working with IE

Is there any way to fix it?

I have no idea. I'm working with IE8 and IE11 at home. They work fine. I have no idea why it doesn't work with your browser. What SSL versions does your browser support?
