Best practice for Perl?

Hello Hugo,

what do you suggest as best practice for using Perl and cgi-wrapper?

Only use the cgi-wrapper when really needed. It adds security at the cost of simplicity and performance. Do you host websites for multiple users who don't know each other and you don't really trust to behave?
