Hiawatha with PHP-FPM and CGI-Wrapper-CHROOT ???

I hope it is not too silly to ask, if it is possible to set up Hiawatha with php-fpm wrapped by cgi-wrapper for a chroot-ed site.

That is technically not possible. If that is what you want, ask the PHP developers for chroot / setuid functionality within PHP.
