Hiawatha version: 9.10
Operating System: Centos 6.5

I just upgraded to Hiawatha 9.10 and it wouldn't start due to my joomla url toolkit rule. (Copy and pasted from your HOW TO, and has been running for almost a year without issue) I downgraded back amd it started without error. Seems the problem is with the Skip 1 line without anything else, second line from bottom.

Can you confirm this problem?

Have you read the changelog? The UrlToolkit syntax has been changed a bit. The Call and Skip commands should be used a bit differently now. Place a 'Do' in front of them and it should work fine.
