Non-default installation directory

Hi everyone,
I'm trying to move the installation directory away from 'C:\Program Files\' to avoid issues with Windows 7 UAC.
I found a topic in this forum indicating that it requires a bit of changes in batch and config files, but in general it should be possible.
Well, whatever directory I use (e.g. 'C:\Hiawatha') I receive the following error on launching 'Hiawatha.bat':
<Error creating upload directory '/cygdrive/c/Program Files/Hiawatha/work/upload'>
Apart from the fact that I don't want to have anything uploaded to the server I have no idea where to configure this upload directory.
There is a reference in the man pages to "see ... UploadDirectory for more information", but this reference seems to be pointing nowhere.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
Henning
Hiawatha version: 9.12
Operating System: Windows 7

The upload directory is created within the WorkDirectory. Use that setting to change the upload directory.
