Magento ajax filters don't work

Hi,
we are testing to run our website on Hiawatha (it seems to block all DDOS attacks we suffered before with nginx!), but we have some problems with category filterings and changing pages on a category inside Magento.
We are running the suggested UrlToolkit for it. Every other part of the website is correctly working.
Can everybody help me to solve it?

Problem solved, it was needed to create a rewrite rule for URLs containing the ? character
