I am still confusing about MaxServerLoad.
If I have 4-core processor, value is 0.7 or 2.8 (0.7 x 4)?.

Value taken from '/proc/loadavg'. So, 'real value' is 2.8 for 4-core.

The number is the amount of busyness of one CPU or core. So, with a quad core, a load of 0.7 means one core is 70% busy, or 2 cores are both 35% busy. A load can be higher than 100%. So, a quad-core can have, for example, a load of 8. That means that every core is given twice the load it can handle.
