this has already been requested here, but the topic is closed. So I'm making a new thread to show that I'd really like to see this feature

I am currently hosting a reverse-proxy for a nodejs application, and having websockets would be very useful!

I'll take a look at it. But no promises yet, as the reverse proxy in Hiawatha never was intended as a full functional proxy.

It looks like it was quite easy to implement. I have a test version ready. Prepared to help me testing? Cause I'm not really familiar with websockets. If so, send me an e-mail and I'll reply with a test version.
