CustomHeader utf-8 issue

According to the web-sniffer.net for HTTP header on domain:
Content-Type: text/html
Content-Type: text/html; charset=utf-8
(yes, double Content-Type as what web-sniffer showed the result)
Under VirtualHost:
CustomHeader = Content-Type: text/html; charset=utf-8
(Only serve static HTML files with meta tag with charset="utf-8")
Anyone help to solve that issue?
Thanks,
Brock

Since utf-8 is the default character set, you can ignore it. You can remove the CustomHeader setting.
