Signal to reload hiawathas config files

Hello,
i use hiawatha with daemontools. Hiawatha don't reload his config-file on a HUB Signal. I must restart the Server to reload my config, is this correct?
Background: I generate a dynamic list to redirect URLs and include this generated file.

Restart the server is the only and stable solution.
