Hi,

I have several joomla websites that have directories without slashes like:
https://www.bewoners-weezenhof.nl/8-whof-root/bhw/86-vennenwandeling

When I use
BanOnInvalidURL = 60 #seconds
clients get kicked because of that.

62.140.132.74|Mon 15 Feb 2016 16:59:27 +0000|Client banned because of invalid URL on

How can I fix that the best way please?

Are you sure that directory causes the kick and not some other bogus directory request? Hiawatha will only kick when unusual characters have been found in the request URI.

Well, can I make Hiawatha log why it blocks?

one unusual GET is a .css file: dir/.css

Please, tell me the complete URL.

And files starting with a dot are not shown by default, because they are supposed to be hidden files in Unix. Use the AllowDotFiles option to deal with that.
