Hiawatha appears to be configured successfully for my easy environment: all logs indicate Hiawatha runs fine.

My virtual hosts index.html file is served as text though it appears. Must I write the appropriate http header into the html file or can I set it globally? Where if yes?

I discovered mimetype.conf would also be available.
