Forum time setting

Hi Hugo,

I noticed that when I post on your forum, the time does not appear to be consistent. Here are some examples:
1 - I posted last on the "php fastcgi" thread on 14 July 2009, 22:12 (according to the forum)
2 - I posted last on the "log format awstats" thread on 14 July 2009, 21:39 (according to the forum)

Actually, I posted the second thread sometime after I posted the last post on the first thread. Hence the thread sorting is also not happenning correctly.

This is not a big issue. Just thought of letting you know.

Hiawatha version: 6.15
Operating System: Ubuntu 9.04

Thanks. I will take a look at it. I remember that I was working on some timezone stuff. Guess I messed something up.
