Try to add '-DENABLE_HTTP2=ON' for cmake but 'hiawatha -m' still no exists 'http2' (just 'Enabled modules: Cache, ChallengeClient, FileHashes, IPv6, Monitor, ReverseProxy, TLS v2.3.0, ThreadPool, Tomahawk, UrlToolkit, XSLT') for compile Hiawatha 10.4.

HTTP2 is not supported by Hiawatha. So, yes, that's normal.
