Regex for SkipCacheCookie

Wondering if it would be possible to add the ability to use regular expressions (even a limited subset) for SkipCacheCookie?

Drupal uses session cookies with a prefix of SESS or SSESS (for https) and a hash. For example:

SESSd92bc56be620d583b7c35e9c937ddcbd
