Hiawatha with 'ServerId=root'

I want to know to make Hiawatha able to run with 'ServerId=root'.

That is not advisable and will therefor never work.

I have a problem running hiawatha with php-cgi for control panel purpose. Another side, timeout is crucial factor for php-fpm.
