Is there a way to redirect a client to another url based on the clients IP adress?

I have a stalker.. Currently I'm using
# iptables -A INPUT -s xx.xx.xx.xx -j REJECT
and that works for blocking access, but it would be better to be able to redirect to another site.

That's not possible with Hiawatha. But why waste resources on a stalker? Just keep blocking the IP and put your energy in the more important things of life.
