TLS or SSL?

Hello!
Hiawatha v9.7, cache, IPv6, Monitor, reverse proxy, SSL (1.3.8), Tomahawk, URL toolkit, XSLT

For this version of hiawatha should I use RequireTLS or Require SSL and set SSLcertFile or TLScertfile?
If I set TLScertfile hiawatha does not start.

Use RequireSSL and SSLcertFile. Renaming of those options was done in v9.13.
