Hello Hugo,
would you be kind enough to add "text/markdown" media type for Markdown files with .md extension?
It's been registered at IETF since March 2016

Hello,
I never tried it myself but according to the manual, you can create custom types :
MIMETYPES
Specify the mimetypes of files in /etc/hiawatha/mimetypes.conf.
<mimetype> <extension> [<extension> ...]
Example: image/jpeg jpg jpeg jpe

That's what I've done, and it works.
But it would be nice for future updates and reinstallation.
