creating new certificates works like a charme, but "./letsencrypt renew" does nothing, display nothing, renew nothing.
whats wrong?

And what "/opt/letsencrypt/letsencrypt expire" returns?

Looking up certificate expire time.
- domain1.example.com 21
- domain2.example.com 14
- domain3.example.com 71
...etc

The renew option will renew certificates that only have RENEWAL_EXPIRE_THRESHOLD (see letsencrypt.conf) days left. If no such certificates are found, the script does nothing.
