SSL error on IE 10+

Turn on TLS 1.0, TLS 1.1, and TLS 1.2 in Advanced settings and try connecting to https://www.shoptofind.com
again. If this error persists, it is possible that this site uses an unsupported protocol or cipher suite such as RC4 (link for the details), which is not considered secure. Please contact your site administrator.

What is causing this, its fine on no IE browsers?

it works fine on apache, open litespeed for IE10 & IE11 browsers but causes problems on Hiawatha, so there must be some way to fix it on Hiawatha?

What TLS settings do you use for Hiawatha?

Whatever the default is, didn't change anything, just compiled and ran hiawatha

Try using 'MinTLSversion = 1.0'.
