In Apache .htaccess you can use "AddCharset {ENCODING} {EXTENSION LIST}" to send contents with a specific charset, different from UTF-8.
In Hiawatha Webserver I'd like to have a similar option, based on the MIME or on the extension.

For webpages, UTF-8 is the default. There is no need to change that, so Hiawatha has no option for that.
