ErrorHandler - support uncommon error codes

The ErrorHandler directive of Hiawatha Webserver does not allow to associate a page to uncommon/new error codes.
I'd like to be able to specify custom error pages for HTTP error codes like 451 or 410.
ErrorHandler = 451:/error451.html <-- does not work but should work.

You can add extra codes to src/liblist, line 472 in the in parse_error_handler() function.
