Alias under CGI-Wrapper protection problem

Hiawatha version: 6.17.1 (cgi-wrapper bug patched)
Operating System: Ubuntu 9.04 Server
Background
My site is running under protection of CGI-Wrapper, AppArmor and SetCap (Capabilities).
Problem
AppArmor is set to Complaint mode. However, the Alias cannot be worked under CGI-Wrapper and Capabilities.
Question
I wonder if Alias works fine under CGI-Wrapper or not? Or if it is my problem only?

Alias and the CGI-wrapper will not work together if the alias points to a directory outside the website root directory specified in cgi-wrapper.conf.
