I just inform that I filed a bug against debian for including the Hiawatha in repo:

Although I appreciate your effort, I don't think it will help. I've tried it once, two other people tried it. The Debian project is as shut as a bunker. But, who knows.... maybe this time.

That they don't give any response what so ever. Made several attempts to get Hiawatha in Debian. Never received any feedback.

Ok, Hugo. I see that you requested a sponsor and no one answer that.
Do you try in ubuntu. Its community is more receptive to propositions. I say to you with experience. I recommend you to request in brainstorm.ubuntu.com or in mailing list.
Surely you will receive a answer.

And in time, if the package will be present in ubuntu, it will be "exported" to debian. It's the best way I think. ;-)
