Hiawatha version: V6.18
Operating System: SuSE 11.1
Hi, new to this. Got suse installed and hiawatha running. can display on linux box with http:localhost but when I try from vista machine using firefox I get "The connection to the server was interrupted while the page was loading. Please try again." Have turned off all firewalls. looked at hiawatha logs: Error log empty.
Any help greatly appreciated. Actually happy to have got this far first go.
Cheers. Jon

What is the IP address of your SuSE machine?
What URL did you use in your browser of Vista machine?
Does the hostname in the URL resolve to the IP address of the SuSE machine?
Please, post your configuration file.

Remove the Interface option from the Binding section and try again.

Commented out interface: No change, commented out whole binding section: same result. Pinged from vista no problems

After changing the configuration file, don't forget to restart Hiawatha.
