Hiawatha should use Cygwin 1.7

I have just downloaded and installed the new cygwin and found that it supports ipv6,
since Hiawatha already supports ipv6 it would be good if the official binaries for windows be compiled using Cygwin 1.7

I was already aware of the IPv6 support in Cygwin 1.7, but thanks for letting me know. I've already compiled Hiawatha with IPv6 support via Cygwin succesfully. I will of course do some testing first before stating that Hiawatha under Windows has IPv6 support.
