Hiawatha7.1 chown(Work-directory): invalid argument

My question is, how to solve this issue after starting PHP5 FastCGI and the Hiawatha webserver:
in the hiawatha window the message "chown(Work-directory): invalid argument
press arbitrary key... "
appears. how can i fix this?
Hiawatha version: 7.1
Operating System: XP SP2

Please, redownload the 7.1 Windows package. I compiled the Windows version incorrectly. It should be fixed now.
