User Directory configuration

Hiawatha version: 7.3
Operating System: Ubuntu 10.04 LTS
I would like to make a user's directory (e.g. /home/peter/public_html) as the address for his website (e.g. www.mydomain.com/~peter/index.php). However, I cannot find any instruction about this matter on HOWTO, FAQ and Manual Pages.
Any hints?

Use 'UserWebsites = yes' for virtual host configuration. See the manual page for more information about that setting./User
