mimetype.conf only support extensions up to 6 characters

Hiawatha version: 7.3
Operating System: Windows XP

Added entry:

text/cache-manifest manifest

to mimetype.conf file but file was still servers as 'text/plain'

Then I stared to make the file extension shorter and when I got down to 'manife' then the file was served as 'text/cache-manifest'

In mimetype.c, change the MAX_EXT at line 21. I've changed it to 16 for version 7.5.
